Stone Wool

Stone wool is a natural insulation material obtained with a special process in which volcanic rocks such as basalt, dolomite and diabase are melted at 1400-1600°C and turned into lava and then lava is transformed into fiber and mixed with a binding agent.

Terrawool stone wool prevents humidity from being held in buildings and negative effects of it thanks to its low diffusion resistance by acting like a good water repellent.

With its dimensional stability, it is not affected by the temperature transitions that may occur. High temperature resistant Terrawool stone wool insulates heat and sound with a single material. It is also a safe material for fire insulation.
