It is used for heat and fire insulation in big diameter pipes, industrial plants and
process equipment.
Application Principles
Terrawool Stone Wool Industrial Blankets provide heat and fire insulation in places with high fire resistance. It is wounded on large diameter pipes and the joints are passed through the Rabitz wire of the galvanized wires and sewn. On large surfaces, it is applied in the form of insertion lathes. Sheet metal is coated for the protection.
